RETURN POLICY

The objective of these policies is to ensure that a Kiddie Kobbler™ offers customers the best level of service possible.  As independently owned stores, there may be some policies and conditions that differ from store to store.

Kiddie Kobbler™ Richmond Hill’s return policy

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your unworn product in its original packaging along with your receipt within 7 days for a full refund.
  • Exchange or store credit note only on sale items.
  • Please note all body suits and tights are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
  • Please check your receipt for policies and conditions placed by individual locations.
  • Sale, clearance or marked down items must be returned to the original location where the purchase was made and are credit or exchange only unless marked final sale.
  • Credit notes may only be used at the issuing location.
  • Gift Certificates are accepted at all Kiddie Kobbler™ locations.
  • If you suspect an issue with the fit of the shoes, please return to the original location of purchase with your child and the shoes to have an assessment on the fit.
  • Kiddie Kobbler™ Shoe Club is per location only. Please inquire at your local store for additional information regarding the Shoe Club
